Fashion Highlights of Billboard Music Awards 2012

The 2012 Billboard Music Awards stayed true to fashion with what we expect from its Las Vegas location.  There were over the top performances from Chris Brown, Katy Perry, Cee Lo Green, Justin Bieber etc, the night was over flowing with extravagance.

But not only were the performers on game, Celebs tried their best to out due themselves and each other on the red carpet.
